Indian Styled Potatoes

 Indian Style Potatoes
Cooked curry today. I was snapping pics when brother came back for lunch. Since he looks so tired and all. I didn’t want to make him wait while I snap more pics, thus I didn’t get a chance to snap pics of the curry. But its the Potato Masala that I wanna really share. It’s super duper simple and delicious. You can pair with any other vegetables you like. Carrots, corns…etc2. My favourite combo is potato+cauliflower. It’s a very popular dish in India and a lot of North Indian Restaurants in Singapore. It’s known as Aloo/Alu Gobhi. Alu= Potato and Gobhi is cauliflower. Today I paired the potatoes with capsicum coz I didn’t have any cauliflower at home. Nevertheless, it’s still yummy 🙂
