Nigella Lawson Moonblush Tomatoes

Nigella Lawson's Moonblush Tomatoes

What can I say about Nigella? Domestic goddess indeed! So apparently, placing tomatoes in a very hot oven, turning it off and leaving them overnight gives ‘moon’ blush tomatoes. Smart huh?  She’s not “the Nigella” for nothing. Anyways, these were really gorgeous, I were popping these blushing beautiful as if they were candies!! These are great served as sides with your steaks of barbecued chicken. You can also toss them in  salads. I am all for easy and yummy recipes. You would have to wait for a bit though but these are totally worth the wait. Personally I prefer to do this just before bed time. When you are all cozy in bed, you would not be tempted to peep in the oven. You know how it’s like when you have something baking away in the oven and there is always the urge to see how it is doing in there!
